What we store
HEALING HAVEN COMPANION stores the information you or a caregiver enter: patient details, medications and dose schedules, dose history, symptoms and vitals, care team contacts, notes, lab results, and any documents you upload. We also store your sign-in credentials (email address) needed to secure your account. To keep the app running well, we also record when you open the app, which sections you use, your approximate city and country (from your internet connection), any app errors, and feedback you send. This usage information never includes your health records.
Who can see it
Your records are private to your account. They are stored per-user and are not visible to other users of the app. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers, and nothing is sent to your care team automatically.
Uploaded documents
Lab and blood result documents you upload are stored in private file storage tied to your account. They are opened through short-lived private links that expire, and only you can access them while signed in.
Exports and printing
When you print or export a report, that file is created by your browser and leaves the app under your control. Anyone you give a printed or exported report to can read it — share thoughtfully.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any record at any time. Deleting a record removes it from your account. If you want your entire account and all associated data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Access to your data requires your sign-in. Keep your credentials private and sign out on shared devices. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of HEALING HAVEN COMPANION after a change means you accept the updated policy.
