What HEALING HAVEN COMPANION is
HEALING HAVEN COMPANION (the Healing Haven Companion) is an organizational tool that helps patients and caregivers record and review caregiver-entered information: medications, dose times, symptoms, vitals, lab results, documents, and notes.
Medical disclaimer
HEALING HAVEN COMPANION is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, score, prescribe, interpret results, or recommend changes to any medication or care plan. All information in the app is entered by you or your caregiver. Always follow the instructions of the patient's licensed clinical team, and contact them — or emergency services — with any medical concern.
Medication reminders
In-app and browser reminders fire only while the app is open on a device and depend on that device being powered, connected, and correctly configured. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for following the medication schedule prescribed by the care team, whether or not a reminder fires.
Accuracy of your records
Reports, adherence summaries, and printouts reflect only what was entered. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you record and for confirming it against the official medical record before relying on it.
Acceptable use
Use HEALING HAVEN COMPANION only for yourself or someone whose care you are responsible for, with their knowledge. Do not enter another person's health information without their consent, and do not use the app for emergencies — call emergency services instead.
Availability
We aim to keep HEALING HAVEN COMPANION available and reliable, but the service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copies of critical information, for example by using the print and PDF export features.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HEALING HAVEN COMPANION and its creators are not liable for any harm arising from use of the app, reliance on reminders or recorded information, or decisions made based on app content. Medical decisions belong to you and the clinical team.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
